Zacznę może od tego, że pierwszy raz w historii naszej hodowli użyliśmy tak sędziwego reproduktora. Julek ma już ponad 11 lat i w świecie psów jest już tzw „dziadkiem”. Dlaczego więc postanowiłam zaryzykować krycie starszym psem ryzykując brak ciąży lub nieliczny miot? Kiedy mamy starszego samca i obserwujemy, że pomimo upływu lat on wciąż wygląda świetnie, ma gęstą sierść bez żadnych przełysień, bardzo mało siwych włosów oraz dotrwał do tego wieku bez absolutnie żadnych chorób czy niedomagań- jest to dowód na to, że mamy u siebie naprawdę wysokiej jakosci pod kątem zdrowia psa. W dodatku spotykam jego dzieci z dawnych miotów, które rownież są zdrowe, ładne oraz mają fajne charaktery więc z takim feedbackiem można tylko utwierdzić się w przekonaniu, że jest to cenny reproduktor.
Kolejnym powodem jest fakt, że w tym połączeniu jest kumulacja psów z naprawdę cudownym ruchem. Matka Julka, słynna Multichampionka Eledi Grace Velvet słynęła nie tylko ze świetnego zdrowia, urody i długowieczności, ale odznaczała się wybitnym wręcz sposobem poruszania się. Julek odziedziczył po niej naprawdę sporo świetmych cech!
Z kolei w rodowodzie Maki jest nasz imporowany Ackra’s Aurelio, którego linia również słynie ze świetnego ruchu. W tych liniach jest kumulacja wybitnych psów , takich jak legendarny Ackra’s Evangelos, Ackra’s Neron czy Ackra’s Francesca. Maka zdecydowanie odziedziczyła po swoich przodkach bardzo wydajny i ekspresyjmy sporób poruszania się. Liczę, że przy tak silnej kumulacji wybitnych i utytułowanych przodków nasze kochane maluchy wyrosną na prawdziwe torpedy ringowe.
Kolejnym, najbardziej przyziemnym faktem wyboru tej pary jest ich budowa, która jest dość zbliżona do siebie, co daje większe prawdopodobieństwo wyrownanego miotu. Oboje rodziców mają piękne uszka, bardzo ladne budowy ciała i uzupełniają się wzajemnie pod wielona wzgledami. Maka jest ciut mało wysklepiona w górnej linii, za to Julek posiada łuki tam gdzie trzeba. Oczy Julka i nos są przepięknie pigmentowane a u Makusi mogly by byc mocniej. Z kolei Maca ma wielką klatkę piersiową sięgająca do łokcia a u Julka mogłaby być ciut głębsza. Liczę na to, że ta para się świetnie uzupelni i choć jeden z tych dwóch maluszków godnie zaprezentuje ostatni miot Julka.
Oboje rodziców jest przebadanych pod kątem chorób oczu, serca, rzepek oraz posiadają badania genetyczne dostępne dla tej rasy.

This litter is exceptional for several reasons.
I will start by saying that, for the first time in the history of our breeding program, we used such an elderly stud. Julek is already over 11 years old, and in the dog world, he is considered a 'grandfather.' So why did I decide to take the risk of breeding with an older dog, knowing the risk of no pregnancy or a small litter? When you have an older male and observe that, despite his age, he still looks great, with a thick coat without bald spots, very few grey hairs, and has reached this age without any illnesses or health issues, it is proof that you have a truly high-quality dog in terms of health. Moreover, I have met his offspring from previous litters, who are also healthy, beautiful, and have great temperaments, so with such feedback, it only reinforces the belief that he is a valuable stud.
Another reason is that this pairing brings together dogs with truly remarkable movement. Julek’s mother, the famous Multi-Champion Eledi Grace Velvet, was known not only for her excellent health, beauty, and longevity but also for her outstanding movement. Julek has inherited many great traits from her! On Maki's side of the pedigree, we have our imported Ackra's Aurelio, whose lineage is also known for excellent movement. In these lines, there is a concentration of outstanding dogs, such as the legendary Ackra's Evangelos, Ackra's Neron, and Ackra's Francesca. Maki has definitely inherited a very efficient and expressive way of moving from her ancestors. I hope that with such a strong concentration of exceptional and titled ancestors, our beloved puppies will grow up to be true stars in the show ring.
Another, more practical reason for choosing this pair is their similar build, which increases the likelihood of a uniform litter. Both parents have beautiful ears, very nice body structures, and complement each other in many ways. Maki is slightly less arched in the topline, whereas Julek has the proper curvature where needed. Julek’s eyes and nose are beautifully pigmented, while Maki’s could be a bit stronger in that regard. On the other hand, Maki has a large chest that reaches down to the elbows, while Julek’s could be a bit deeper. I hope that this pair will complement each other perfectly and that at least one of these two puppies will proudly represent Julek’s final litter. Both parents have been tested for eye, heart, and patella conditions, and they also have genetic tests available for the breed."
