Trzcina to bardzo ładna i mocna suczka średniego wzrostu o grubej kości i mocnej muskulaturze oraz przepięknym, wydajnym i lekkim ruchu. Mogło by się wydawać, że taka szybka skoczna i zawzięta na coursingu suczka jest takim trochę szalonym charcikiem z ADHD, ale nic bardziej mylnego! W domu Kim Flo to jedna z największych naszych przytulanek, niezwykle spokojna i zrównoważona suczka, która wyzwala swoją całą energię jedynie podczas zabawy lub imitacji polowania. Jest urodzonym myśliwym i biada temu gryzoniowi czy królikowi, który stanie jej na drodze, bo nie odpuści. W domu jest wielbicielem miękkiej poduchy, tulenia głowy do szyi swojego pana czy obejmowanie jej swoimi łapkami. Uważam, że jest to pies pełen kontrastów i ogromu pozytywnej energii!

Ten szybki, zwinny oraz lekki jak piórko samiec jest niesamowity pod wieloma względami. Jest to niewielki pies o wadze ledwo przekraczającej 4 kg ale swoją sprawnością, skocznością i zwinnością zawstydziłby niejednego akrobatę. To jest pies, który w powietrzu potrafi robić niesamowite piruety, który z miejsca wskakuje prosto w ramiona swojego pana a płot o wysokości 2 metrów nie jest dla niego żadną przeszkodą. Bongos potrafi dosłownie "chodzić" po pionowych powierzchniach, czego nie widziałam u żadnego innego charcika. Nie ważne jaką zabawkę czy wabik mu pokażemy, reaguje bardzo silnym instynktem pogoni i zawziętości na każdy rodzaj uciekającego przedmiotu. Przy tym jest niezwykle zabawny, uroczy i ma bardzo charakterystyczną mimikę gdy się nakręci. Poza tymi cechami Bongos jest jak typowy samiec- w domu piecuch, który grzeje dupkę pod poduszką lub przy kominku. Jest to jeden z moich ulubionych charcików pod względem charakteru. Urodził się jako jedynak po naszej suczce Jabbah Super Charty zwanej Pepą.
Pepa ze względu na wypadek w młodym wieku nie mogła uczestniczyć w coursingach, choć ma sportowe zacięcie we krwi tak jak jej rodzice oraz babcia. Jej matką jest nasza Racing Mini Super Charty, która pomimo bardzo niewielkiej wagi i wzrostu była jedną z najbardziej zaciętych suczek jakie kiedykolwiek miałam. Mini zawsze dawała z siebie wszystko i nigdy, przenigdy nie miała nawet momentu zawahania. Od pierwszej chwili, kiedy ujrzała wabik w swoim życiu wiedziała co trzeba robić i od razu bez problemu zrobiła licencję. W tamtych czasach rzadko bywały stawki w tej rasie, więc nie doczekała się żadnego tytułu, tak samo jak jej babcia- nasza słynna Lea Z Ochoczej, wyhodowana przez Jolantę Irzycką Gulik, która na tamte czasy była przez długi czas jedynym biegającym charcikiem w Polsce i zaczynała karierę będąc sama w stawce. Jednak nie przeszkodziło jej to, aby wygrać tytuł Best In Field, czyli najlepszego charta na całych zawodach spośród wszystkich ras chartów.
Kto interesuje się coursingami w Polsce wie, że Lea była bardzo ważnym "ogniwem" wśród biegających charcików. Wiele świetnie biegających charcików w Polsce ma naszą Leę w rodowodzie, jak choćby nasza Bogina Super Charty, Guarana Super Charty, wspomniana wyżej Racing Mini Super Charty, a także Ultegra Super Charty i słynna Caylie Pustynny Wiatr będąca córką Racing Veyron Super Charty, który jest bratem wspomnianej wyżej Mini. Zarówno Mini jak i Veyron są dziećmi słynnego Esserino Annaperla, który jest nie tylko Międzynarodowym Championem Wyścigów ale również Piękności i dał wiele pokoleń świetnie biegających psów.
Esserino jest własnością Heleny Sebestovej, która kładzie ogromny nacisk na sport w swojej pracy hodowlanej.
Ojcem Constantine jest nasz hiszpański Cyrenne'Sperides De Salkin Aidan, który również był bardzo aktywnym uczestnikiem coursingów i zdobywał wysokie lokaty. Bongos zresztą bardzo mocno wdał się w tatę pod kątem lekkiej jak piórko sylwetki z suchą rzeźbą mięśni i niesamowitą sprawnością oraz lekkością.
Uważam, że połączenie tej pary jest nie tylko świetne pod kątem eksterierowym , gdyż oboje wspaniale uzupełniają swoje cechy budowy, ale również pod kątem sportowym.
Obie strony przodków słyną nie tylko z ponadprzeciętnego instynktu myśliwskiego, ale także pochodzą z bardzo dobrze przebadanych linii i mogą poszczycić się wspaniałym zdrowiem.
Zawsze bardzo chciałam scalić te dwie linie licząc na kumulację pożądanych cech nie tylko eksterierowych, ale głównie sportowych. Dodatkowo w tym połączeniu jest inbreeding na naszego pięknego i szybkiego Pikop's Macchiato, co mnie bardzo ekscytuje, gdyż Macchiato to naprawdę kluczowy charcik w mojej pracy hodowlanej i bez żadnych obaw mogę zrobić takie skojarzenie mając już informacje zwrotne co do zdrowia i jakości zarówno jego jak i jego dzieci oraz wnuków.
Kojarząc parę z taką ilością amerykańskich przodków, oczywiście liczyłam się z tym, że nie wszystkie mogą wyjść jednokolorowe. Natomiast jestem bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczona wynikami tego skojarzenia pod kątem umaszczenia. Mamy 3 czarnych chłopców, z czego tylko jeden z nich ma niewielkie znaczenia na pyszczku, 2 pozostałe będą we wzorcu FCI oraz jedną czarną suczkę całkowicie we wzorcu FCI tylko z niewielką białą plamką na piersi i rudą dziewczynkę, która ma niewiele białych znaczeń. Wszystkie szczenięta urodziły się w bardzo zbliżonych wagach w granicach 200 gram i rosną bardzo proporcjonalnie i równo. Już teraz widać, że są to świetne jakościowo szczenięta z bardzo gęstą, lśniącą sierścią i ładnymi głowami. Teraz tylko pozostaje nam czekać na ich dojrzewanie i weryfikację, czy to przemyślane skojarzenie przyniesie oczekiwane rezultaty, ale głęboko wierzę, że tak.

The father of Kim Flo is our outstanding and best stud dog, the American Pikop's Macchiato, who comes from the legendary breeding of Judith Pikop. Macho, in addition to his otherworldly beauty and wonderful expression, is not only known for literally stamping his characteristics onto his puppies and further generations, but also for being an incredibly agile, fit, and fast dog. From the same mating as Kim Flo comes our famous Vice World Champion 2023 in field coursing, Duke Of Earl Super Charty, owned by Joanna Strzebiecka, who regularly participates in competitions, achieving high placements. In 2024, he was Vice Champion of the general classification in coursing.
Duke clearly passes on his athletic talent, as his daughter, Cheyenne Pustynny Wiatr, bred by Mirosław Misztal and now owned by Mariusz and Katarzyna Żuk, has proven time and again that there are few italian greyhounds in Europe that can match her. Trzcina is a very beautiful and strong mid-sized bitch with thick bone structure and powerful musculature, along with a gorgeous, efficient, and light movement. It might seem that such a fast, agile, and determined coursing bitch is a bit of a crazy italian greyhound with ADHD, but nothing could be further from the truth! At home, Kim Flo is one of our biggest cuddlers, incredibly calm and balanced, and only releases all her energy during play or simulated hunting. She is a born hunter, and woe to the rodent or rabbit that gets in her way, as she won’t give up. At home, she loves soft cushions, cuddling her head against her owner’s neck, or wrapping her paws around him. I believe she is a dog full of contrasts and immense positive energy!
The father of the litter is our unique and inimitable Constantine Super Charty, known at home as Bongos. This fast, agile, and light-as-a-feather male is amazing in many ways. He is a small dog, barely weighing over 4 kg, but his agility, leaping ability, and quickness would put many acrobats to shame. He is a dog who can do incredible pirouettes in the air, jump straight into his owner's arms, and easily leap over a 2-meter fence. Bongos can literally "walk" on vertical surfaces, which I haven’t seen in any other italian greyhound. No matter what toy or lure we show him, he reacts with a strong instinct to chase and an incredible determination to catch anything that is fleeing. At the same time, he is incredibly funny, charming, and has a very distinctive expression when he gets worked up. Outside of these traits, Bongos is a typical male - at home, he’s a lap dog, warming his bottom on a pillow or by the fireplace. He is one of my favorite italian greyhounds in terms of character. He was born as the only puppy from our bitch Jabbah Super Charty, known as Pepa. Due to an accident in her youth, Pepa couldn’t participate in coursing, although she had the same sporting drive as her parents and grandmother.
Her mother is our Racing Mini Super Charty, who, despite her very small size, was one of the most determined bitches I’ve ever had. Mini always gave her all and never hesitated. From the first moment she saw a lure, she knew exactly what to do, and without any trouble, she earned her license. In those times, there were rarely any stakes in this breed, so she didn’t receive any titles, just like her grandmother, our famous Lea Z Ochoczej, bred by Joanna Irzycka Gulik, who for a long time was the only racing italian greyhound in Poland and started her career alone in the competition. However, this didn’t stop her from winning the title of Best In Field, meaning the best italian greyhound of all the sighthounds in the competition. Anyone familiar with coursing in Poland knows that Lea was a very important “link” among the racing italian greyhounds. Many great racing italian greyhounds in Poland have our Lea in their pedigree, such as our Bogina Super Charty, Guarana Super Charty, the aforementioned Racing Mini Super Charty, as well as Ultegra Super Charty and the famous Caylie Pustynny Wiatr, daughter of Racing Veyron Super Charty, who is the brother of Mini. Both Mini and Veyron are children of the famous Esserino Annaperla, who is not only an International Racing Champion but also a Beauty Champion, and has sired many generations of outstanding racing dogs. Esserino is owned by Helena Sebestova, who places great emphasis on sports in her breeding work.
The father of Constantine is our Spanish Cyrenne'Sperides De Salkin Aidan, who was also a very active participant in coursing and earned high placements. Bongos, by the way, takes strongly after his father in terms of his light-as-a-feather build, dry muscle definition, and incredible agility and lightness. I believe that the pairing of this couple is not only excellent from an exterior perspective, as they complement each other’s build wonderfully, but also from a sporting standpoint. Both sides of the pedigree are known not only for their exceptional hunting instincts but also come from well-tested lines and can boast excellent health. I have always wanted to merge these two lines, hoping for a concentration of desired traits, not only in terms of exterior but primarily in terms of sporting ability. Additionally, this pairing includes inbreeding to our beautiful and fast Pikop's Macchiato, which excites me a lot, as Macchiato is a truly key italian greyhound in my breeding work, and I have no concerns about making this pairing, as I already have feedback regarding the health and quality of both him and his offspring and grandchildren. When pairing a couple with so many American ancestors, I naturally expected that not all of them would be solid-colored. However, I am very positively surprised by the outcomes of this pairing in terms of coat color. We have 3 black boys, one of whom has a small marking on his face, while the other two will meet the FCI standard, and one black girl who is completely in line with the FCI standard, except for a small white spot on her chest, and a red girl who has very little white marking. All the puppies were born with very similar weights, around 200 grams, and are growing very proportionally and evenly. Even now, it’s clear that these are high-quality puppies with very dense, shiny coats and beautiful heads. Now, we just have to wait for their maturity and see if this well-thought-out pairing will bring the expected results, but I deeply believe it will.
